The body, mind, and soul are inseparable and Yoga plays a vital role in maintaining the balance of all three aspects in order to live a healthy life.

Yoga has been part of my life for the past 30 years. I have studied Iyengar, Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Yin styles of yoga as well as various Meditation techniques. I am a RYS 500 certified trainer but know that certifications are just a stepping stones, the deeper you delve into yoga, the more you realize how much there is to learn.
